FEES INCLUDE:
Initial “Get To Know You” Consultation and Planning Session via Zoom with your minister/officiant.
Additional unlimited Planning Sessions via Zoom, if needed.
Unlimited email, text, and phone communication with your minister/officiant.
Writing of your custom ceremony and vows.
Any special elements you may choose to include — unlimited options. These will be discussed during your Planning Session(s).
Final talk-through of your ceremony and vows one week prior to the wedding via Zoom or phone, if desired.
Phone consultation with your Wedding Planner/Coordinator, if applicable.
Travel related expenses for weddings inside the Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Oklahoma City, and Kansas City metropolitan areas as defined below.
Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan Area:
Dallas County, Denton County, Tarrant County, and portions of Collin County are counties within our non-travel fee area of service in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. All other counties (including portions of Collin County) require a travel fee.Houston Metropolitan Area:
Harris County and Montgomery County are counties within our non-travel fee area of service in the Houston metropolitan area. All other counties require a travel fee.Oklahoma City Metropolitan Area:
Oklahoma County, Cleveland County, Canadian County, Logan County, McClain County, and Pottawatomie County are counties within our non-travel fee area of service in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area. All other counties require a travel fee.Kansas City Metropolitan Area:
Wyandotte County, Johnson County, and some parts of Leavenworth County, Platte County, and Jackson County are counties within our non-travel fee area of service in the bi-state Kansas City metropolitan area. All other counties require a travel fee.If desired, attend the rehearsal arriving approximately 30 minutes prior to the scheduled rehearsal time. REHEARSAL FEE: There is an additional $200 Rehearsal Fee for your officiant to attend the rehearsal. DISCLAIMER: It is important to understand that we are not Wedding Planners/Coordinators. As such, our role as officiants at the rehearsal is to simply walk the bride and groom (plus any other participants with a key role) through the major moving pieces of the ceremony script starting with the “Giving Away of the Bride” and ending with the “Announcement of the Couple.” We do not assist in the placement of the wedding party (bridesmaids, groomsmen, etc.), Processional/Recessional, or other parts of the wedding.
Arrive approximately 1 hour prior to the scheduled Wedding Ceremony time.
Communicate with your Wedding Planner/Coordinator, venue, vendors, and any other person important to the ceremony upon arrival to the wedding, as applicable.
Officiate the wedding ceremony.
Sign and mail the Marriage License to the County Clerk to be officially recorded and filed.
Available for pictures, if desired.
* Our fees include everything listed above as applicable to each ceremony. Additional fees apply to ceremonies outside of the Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Oklahoma City, and Kansas City metropolitan areas (as defined above) and on specific holidays (please see below).
COMMON FEE QUESTIONS
WHAT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE MY DATE?
Both a signed contract (via DocuSign®) and a $150 deposit are required to reserve and secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due in full two weeks prior to your wedding date.
WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payment through Venmo®, Zelle®, or PayPal® Invoice if paying by card.
IS THE REHEARSAL INCLUDED?
If you would like for your officiant to attend the rehearsal there is an additional $200 Rehearsal Fee.
ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN FEES?
No, never. Our fees to officiate any ceremony within the Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Oklahoma City, and Kansas City metropolitan areas as defined below are all-inclusive.
TRAVEL FEES:
Travel fees (mileage, hotel accommodations, airfare, etc. as applicable) for weddings outside of the Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Oklahoma City, and Kansas City metropolitan areas as defined below apply but will always be clearly discussed and included in the contract prior to any payment received. Our team is available to travel anywhere in the USA and worldwide.

HOLIDAY FEE:
An additional fee of $100 will be added to any wedding and/or rehearsal that falls on the following holidays: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Memorial Day Weekend (Saturday through Monday), Independence Day, Labor Day Weekend (Saturday through Monday), and Thanksgiving Weekend (Thursday through Saturday).
