FEES INCLUDE:

• Initial “Get To Know You” Consultation via Zoom with your minister/officiant.

• Initial Planning Session via Zoom with your minister/officiant.

• Additional unlimited Planning Sessions via Zoom, if needed.

• Unlimited email, text, and phone communication with your minister/officiant.

• Writing of your custom ceremony and vows.

• Any special elements you may choose to include — unlimited options. These will be discussed during your Planning Session(s).

• Final talk-through of your ceremony and vows one week prior to the wedding via Zoom or phone, if desired.

• Phone consultation with your Wedding Planner/Coordinator, if applicable.

• Travel related expenses for weddings inside the Dallas-Fort Worth and Kansas City metropolitan areas as defined below.

  Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan Area:
  We consider Dallas, Denton, Tarrant, Collin, and Rockwall counties to be inside the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. All other counties require a travel fee.
  Kansas City Metropolitan Area:
  We consider Wyandotte, Johnson, and some parts of Leavenworth, Platte, and Jackson counties to be inside the bi-state Kansas City metropolitan area. All other counties require a travel fee.

• If desired, attend the rehearsal arriving approximately 30 minutes prior to the scheduled rehearsal time. PLEASE NOTE: It’s important to understand we are not Wedding Planners or Coordinators. As such, our role as officiants at the rehearsal is to simply walk the bride and groom (plus any other participants with a key role) through the major moving pieces of the ceremony script starting with the “Giving Away of the Bride” and ending with the “Announcement of the Couple.” We do not assist in the placement of the wedding party (bridesmaids, groomsmen, etc.), Processional/Recessional, or other parts of the wedding.

• Arrive approximately 1 hour prior to the scheduled wedding ceremony time.

• Communicate with your Wedding Planner/Coordinator, venue, vendors, and any other person important to the ceremony upon arrival to the wedding, as applicable.

• Officiate the wedding ceremony.

• Sign and mail the Marriage License to the County Clerk to be officially recorded and filed.

• Available for pictures, if desired.

* Our fees include everything listed above as applicable to each ceremony. Additional fees apply to ceremonies outside of the Dallas-Fort Worth and Kansas City metropolitan areas and on specific holidays (please see below).

COMMON FEE QUESTIONS:

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE MY DATE?
Both a $150 deposit and signed contract (via DocuSign®) are required to secure your wedding date. Your deposit will be applied to the final balance which is due two weeks prior to your wedding.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payment through Venmo®, Zelle®, and PayPal® if paying by card.

ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN FEES?
No, never. Our fees to officiate any ceremony within the Dallas-Fort Worth and Kansas City metropolitan areas (as defined below) are all-inclusive.

OUT-OF-TOWN FEES:
Travel fees (mileage, hotel accommodations, airfare, etc. as applicable) for weddings outside of the Dallas-Fort Worth and Kansas City metropolitan areas apply but will always be clearly discussed and included in the contract prior to any payment received. Our team is available to travel anywhere in the USA and worldwide.

Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan Area:

Kansas City Metropolitan Area:

HOLIDAY FEE:
An additional fee of $100 will be added to any wedding and/or rehearsal that falls on the following holidays: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Memorial Day Weekend (Saturday through Monday), Independence Day, Labor Day Weekend (Saturday through Monday), and Thanksgiving Weekend (Thursday through Saturday).
